Why Judge Jane Gallina-Mecca Needs to be Impeached, Part 2

The following is an excerpt from the book, The Impeachment of Judge Jane Gallina-Mecca:

The most unthinkable things happen and have happened for a long time in the Family Courts, because judges are given near-unlimited power over families with little accountability or transparency. What has occurred within Judge Jane Gallina-Mecca’s secret chambers illustrates this fact: countless families have come forward with accounts of her abruptly tearing children from their well-bonded parents, ignoring their histories of excellent parenting, and “selling” these children to their abuse, torture, rape, battery, and attempted murder!

Gallina-Mecca has become emblematic of a lucrative, modern-day slave trade, in which she alone has condemned dozens, if not hundreds, of children to unspeakable suffering and fates worse than death. And yet her draconian “court seals” protect her, through which she can conceal court records from litigants, isolate them from their primary supports and the community, threaten them with imprisonment if they tried to seek justice, falsely arrest and intimidate witnesses, and “fix” cases to whichever fictitious narrative she desires.

The public may not recognize that Family Courts, unlike other courts of law, may violate all due process and rules of procedure, regularly issuing orders without notice and incarcerating at will without a trial, without limit, and without the possibility of bail. The nominal reason is “the best interests of the child,” which actually hides heinous crimes against children and the loving adults who try to protect them. Almost a thousand children are documented to have been murdered because of Family Court—not to mention an even greater number of suicides, hundreds of serious injuries for every death, and numerous accounts of suicides, heart attacks, death by “broken heart syndrome,” cancer, and other stress-related diseases of the loving parent.

I have come to learn of these harmful acts of Family Court through my own sister’s divorce under Judge Gallina-Mecca, who herself has a trail of dead bodies behind her. I had already had 20 years of experience as an expert witness in hundreds of criminal and civil cases all around the country, and recognized that Judge Gallina-Mecca’s court functioned extremely aberrantly. When I wrote about her shockingly illegal, unconstitutional, and criminal actions in my sister’s case, many dozens of her other victims got in touch with me, as well as thousands of Family Court victims from around the country! (I would later learn that the United Nations special rapporteur on violence against women and girls received the same level of unprecedented response from around the world, published in a landmark report in April 2023).

I consequently recognized that this was a national crisis, and began to take as many Family Court cases as I could. At the time of this writing, they number at about 50. I have come to learn that Judge Gallina-Mecca is an archetype, perhaps a slightly more (but not greatly more) extreme version, exemplifying what is wrong with Family Court.

In response, Judge Gallina-Mecca began a scorched-earth censorship campaign to try to silence me. She has stalked me, falsely arrested me, attempted to report me as a “terrorist”, stopped my appointment as an expert witness in other courts by defaming me, and sent secret orders to news agencies, demanding that they “unpublish immediately” their fact-checked articles containing my interviews. Her victims are usually too traumatized and incapacitated to fight back—not to mention financially decimated—but now dozens have come forward to petition for her impeachment, impressively accumulating almost 3000 signatures. Society should not tolerate a “court” that abuses public trust to commit the exact opposite function of what it has been set up to do.

(At the time of this writing, Judge Gallina-Mecca has positioned herself to drive my now debilitated sister out of her house at gunpoint—the end for which her children were handed to their violent abuser, so that all their assets, the abuser’s legal fees, “child support,” and possibly even the mother’s life insurance, would follow. Whatever Judge Gallina-Mecca might try to do in retribution will be immediately updated in this book, as well as posted online. There are cameras all over the house, and anything she or anyone connected to her does, the videos will immediately be exposed and be linked to in this book.)
